Elena Nardini has been a bartender for twelve years and a service industry professional for seventeen. She got her start as a bartender in San Francisco, in clubs and cocktail lounges. Thanks to the mentorship of other experienced peers, and managers, Elena began to grow her knowledge of spirits and cocktails, as well as hone her speed as an efficient bartender.

In Los Angeles, Elena further expanded her skill set during her time at Seventy7 Lounge in Culver City. She then spent six years mixing drinks at Oldfield’s Liquor Room in Palms, where she built up a repertoire of classic and modern recipes. Elena has worked on cocktail menus in the context of seasonal themes, featured brands, events, food pairing, beach tourism and more.

Elena also spent a year as a bartending instructor at a bartending school, which is what initially inspired the idea for Bar Nardini. She aims to build on the Bar Nardini brand as a representation of bartending that’s both fun and educational for industry friends and non-bartenders alike.

Elena loves the art of cocktails and the historical significance of spirits and bars. To further expand her professional eduction, she is pursuing the Certified Spirits Specialist title from the Society of Wine Educators.
